Shit culture, zero work life balance, if they want to remove you they will find a point and remove you. Undeserved designation bear by people. People have designations like hell. Head people doesn't have proper experience or knowledge about what they are doing.

Dislikes

Tech and coding is very degraded. You will feel u r doing college project. senior people taking huge packages, but not at all interested to help. Juniors not at all interested to solve their own bugs. Customer care peoples tells us to talk to CEO, i mean seriously. fake plans. Once u buy a plan, after that they will start finding unnecessary mistakes in your bill. HR is not qualified. Juniour people gives feedback for senior people. Everyone in tech team is scared and trying to leave.

There was absolutely no team work. Plus my manager had the audacity to interfere with my career growth and learning. She literally made me choose between my job and my exams, I showed her and chose my exams. I resigned even before getting another offer but I did get a good offer even before I completed my probation with this company. They have tons of negative feedbacks and they only have 1 person to handle their claims (yet they call themselves an insurance company). Their team and their team structure is an absolute joke! The CEO and everyone only promotes and supports people they personally know. Ridiculous experience. My manager would never admit her mistakes, she was not open to new ideas or to criticism. Even if I pointed out her mistake any time, she would get offended. She would yell at me, even if it was her mistake and not mine. Horrible people, horrible culture!

A stingy manager, she is very much biased , targets girls for no reason, and in her team all the opportunities are nly for male employees, and she does zero work.
