The only thing which I like in Kenilworth was our manager who was always supportive, and nothing else.

Dislikes

Mostly everything, the salary is very low that too they cut the salary for no good reason, food for the staff is poor and they get the same food which was for lunch on dinner, facility for accommodation is also very poor, when I was there in Accommodation provided by Kenilworth There was no fan in our room and I asked around 7 times and they just got a adjust fan and not a ceiling fan, promised to get stove and gas cylinder but till 2months nothing came up. Working environment is very bad as the seniors are usually try to be bossy around with the new joiners... Very bad overall experience in Kenilworth so had to leave, though I had 11months contract. We had to go that far to work and instead of sending money to home we had to ask our parents to send us money as Goa is too expensive in the first place and the salary is too low.

Working hours related to other departments They are working fixed 9 hours & we do 11 to 12 hours And we don't know name of kitchen department staff because they have no name batch. Thank you

Behavior of all the staff and they are very helpful to each other

RM is very bad and worst I ever seen. Please throw this type of people his intentions is very bad for the girls and for him girls are not save in that hotel.

Hotel is good. Overall good but this covid19 came all situation become change.

I don't like company policy. They know the employees are depend on hotel industry but they not support them. They secure all other departments works but chef loses their this not right sir.

Personally the General Manager was very humble to the employees but rest department managers are ill mannered. No professionalism when in work place. In my department women used to get too much facilities, advantages.

Dislikes

Disliked how female employees never got any afternoon shift and night shift. At times the person who was doing afternoon had to extend till next morning. I have worked for like a Year but did hardly 2 weeks morning shift. I was really dedicated to my job. Never even took offs on my Birthdays or any occasions. Nothing seems to encourage its employees. There is a lot to talk about. There are few people who are absolutely amazing in person like Mr. Arnab Ghosh ( Front Office).
