I like to work in challenging atmosphere where different children came from different states and region. It's a great example of work in adversity. I love the atmospheric changes of the KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA provides to the staff and teachers.

There is no salary hike and promotions and no job security.

Teaching with all required activities and festival of different cultures are role play , overall development of students.

Salary is not fixed and duration also because holidays 's salary reduction and not job security for contractual teachers

Some employees not behave properly with Contractual employees. Principal always used to deduct salary by teaching new rules. One leave for one months. Contractual employees working as a labour. Low salary for contractual employees.
