...of transfer in all India. Government discriminates KVS being as autonomous body. No bonus,no benifit of MACP.

There is good environment in game and sport. Every body is supporting me each and every movement. But there is contractual base job. That's why I live the job.

Compensation is decent but growth is slowly.

Over all experience was good, job security is horrible,salary should b increased as according to the work load and efforts by the teacher in teaching, there is a lot of things have learnt through kvs.

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.
