Kvs is an autonomous body under central government of India imparting qualitative education throughout the world with handsome salary to the staff which is increased time to time according to the government policies. Job security and opportunity of carrier improvement is also there. There is no politics. Traveling through ltc and during injob training is available. Healthy work environment is there and working hours are only six hours and ten minutes..

Dislikes

I have completed 30 years of service in the kvs and retired on superannuation with feeling honored and nothing is to dislike.

Dislikes

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.

Contract based job Salary is not sufficient Govt staff is not interested in his work Nobody respects the boast that I am a government employee and you are a contract employee

I like to work in challenging atmosphere where different children came from different states and region. It's a great example of work in adversity. I love the atmospheric changes of the KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA provides to the staff and teachers.

There is no salary hike and promotions and no job security.

Teaching with all required activities and festival of different cultures are role play , overall development of students.

Dislikes

Salary is not fixed and duration also because holidays 's salary reduction and not job security for contractual teachers
