...alternate days and after lockdown-2, daily in the office for at least 2-3 hours. Salary to all the employees has been paid during the period of lockdown.

In the absence of LDC, UDC has to do the work of LDC including his work and in the absence of UDC, ASO has to do all the work of UDC including his work. Many times, office staff has to work beyond office hours, sometimes including holidays, but there is no reward for it. There is no scope of overtime allowance in Kendriya Vidyalayas. One has to maintain work-life balance while working in KV.

I am fully satisfied with that institution. Because job security is there and also they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And also there is good work environment and culture.

Work load is heavy.

Salary is quite good . Learning so many new things there...Staff is also good.

There is no fixed time of salary... Sometimes I have to stay there extra for work for which they don't pay. They can suspend me anytime according to their need so no job security at all.

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.
