Also in this critical situation also the Organization giving Salary on time and having a supportive Management and working staff as well. In its terms they have increment and bonus types also getting the staff very calibrated.

Some times issues are not considered and showing differences between the individuals. In critical conditions time flexibllity also not assumed. In that case directly stated resign the work itself. The Work tenure or bond supposed to be at least 3years so that circumstances should get favourable and cope with that up fluently. And even that subject interst also get increased within scholars.

Yes ,I also doing the teaching work as a PGT chemistry in a KV 2shajhanpur on the contract basis about 3month,i have doing the effective work by PPT and by extra class. I am also work in Jwahar Nvodaya vidayalaya on the contract. I have also experience in different repoted institution on higher standards. My qualification is M. SC. Goldmadalist B. Ed. And M. Phil.
