The work environment is very toxic with very political managers who take credit from what has been achieved by the junior employees. The managers also block any promotions and skill developments of their junior staff. In addition to this, the manager ensures that he implements very exploitive policies such as pay cuts even after achieving the set targets, pushes some employees to work for more than 72 hours in a week without compensation of the extra worked hours and even uses verbal insults during production meetings. No work and normal life balance

Detailed and clean policies, good team members.

Dislikes

Lack support and training from the senior management. Politics with in senior managers. Managers takes the credit of the team members and don't support the growth of individual.

there is no job security not use of phones and working like your are in a military camp where u use 10 or less minutes for lunch or other break
