It was amazing experience working in such a large company, HR and employment details were well informed as part of documentation.

Dislikes

Salary was very low compared to investment of company and employee strength. Company's Financial Strength was very poor.

Yeah, working experience with Kemrock Industries and Exports Limited was a distinctive one. This was a high reputation company across the globe in it's several vertices including composite, pultrusion, wind mill blades, carbon fiber, railways, research and development and quality control departments. I had a great opportunity to learn under the meaningful guidance of Company Secretary Mr Dinesh Patel.

I liked everything in Kemrock.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
