Dislikes

High workload and no appreciation for contract basis employees. Less appraisal and limited salary hikes.

Working hours, 2 Saturday off, flexitime, ease of commuting, parking facility

No challenge, micromanaging by superior, no authority responsibility matrix, mismanagement at top level, dissatisfied workforce, no strong governance or leadership.

Likes

One of the best places to learn Ultrasound, as well as other modalities. U have an order of 6 months that is ur job is definitely secured of 6 months, following which there are again interviews for next 6 months.

Dislikes

It's difficult to dislike anything for those who have high will of learning and good experience.

Thired party job contract to hire not good workplace at all

1 They outsourcing everything 2 employees are slave's at there 3 Setup is very old & no budget for IT 4 some persons are arrogant 5 naro minded people 6 other domain people give the suggestion to that perticular domain people

Likes

Very nice and safe organization/place to work. Learnt a lot, teammates were realy best and wish to join again in future if any nearby location of KEM meet with mine.

Dislikes

Somehow, I found the growth rate is slow. May be we being a middle class people expect a lot and hence views may vary accordingly.
