Good company for freshers. The atmosphere is okay.

Dislikes

No growth for experienced people. Salary delayed when company faced financial loss. A lot of colleagues left in 2020 No one ever got full and final payment. Kept following up for months. Once your salary is delayed, please leave next day. Don't entertain their excuses.

Got learning opportunities. Managers and team members were humble and supportive. Okay atmosphere to work.

Dislikes

Biggest con of working with start ups is receiving salary on time. Company faced financial loss in 2018. Never got full and final payment. 4-5 months salary got stuck.

All things dislike about working in the Kelvin because he doesn't give employees salary. He tell company going to loss and than he terminate all the employees. Without giving any notice.

Kelvin is an institute of excellencet. There is a lots of opportunity to improve for self. Highly into there prospective. It is faculties, academic & non-academic are available here. To supply your strength and always recaycle to improve. Compare to other organizations, kelvin gives to his employee may kinds of perks and pramotion from time to time.

Dislikes

As well as about dislike of Kelvin is some bad elements are spread. Rumors about kelvin that is, kelvin plays partial policy to his employee abd demonited. There is long process to brings. Somethings new ammendment to improve are spread rumours and take a part many kind of politics to defame the company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
