Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing much but Only Work Life Balance keep us motivated. I was Victim of Office politics. I worked there fpr 9 (July 2012-March 2022) and driven sales of 2 Cr per year. No does not have ethics values, respect to employees, No promotions and asked us to respectully resign without genuine reason. Avoid applying here.

This Company is a family owned company and the policy adopted is unequal. Management is adopting pick and choose method. Company policies are also not upto the mark. Work culture is followed by a supervisory level and there is no uniform procedure.
