Work Life Balance was Good, Salary was Good

There is no hierarchy in RPO teams. The members are manipulated by seniors at the client place. No mid level leadership accountability. No training given to perform the role better. Delivery Manager ended up doing personal secretary job to the client head. Back biting, politics, manipulation were common across the floor. All this is due to lack of hierarchy with in Kelly RPO team.

No salary, no benefit, no appraisal, no hike, no recognition and they load you with sweet lies at the time of joining.. keep blaming recession always when it comes to hike. But upper management gets their pockets full .

RPO business for specific Pune location are runned by fools both are named Ashish. No businesses are coming, no new strategies nothing only talking rubbish and u practical things and removing quality people those who actually works and generated good buisness for Kelly. God bless junior recruiters in Kelly working under him. Still Kelly decides to keep them I don't know why. Anyways I don't want to exaggerate it's a waste of time.

They always preferred to manage their professional and personal life.

I came from maternity leave and all of sudden they said there is no work for me and I have to go, and I was parmanent employee of Kelly. This is so unprofessional.

Your job is always at stake if your are in senior management. People often miss that Human aspect while making decisions here. Management incompetence to make right decisions and which would impact one’s careers adversely.
