Initial phase of learning but after 6 months it will plateau.

Dislikes

No clear growth trajectory as no one from senior position leave so high chances ti be stuck at ASM role for 5-6 yrs Zero work life balance( but if someone is ok with it then it should not be a problem.

It was enriching working for the first 6-8 Months. Got to learn about the West African markets and the responsibility given was huge and let me not forget to mention about compensation and perks. And your ideas will always find a way to bloom.

The culture has taken a toll on my personal life. Since, as per the company you are hired for 24*7. So, you hardly get time for yourself. And even the learning is flat after 6-8 Months even the place can make you dumb and goof for nothing after 2 years.
