Very bad company policy,only salary is coming on time,apart from that no facilities provided by company,company overburden their employees by giving work not related to him.

In company HR policy only do work & take salary like labour .nothing else in the policy.after work company will terminate or force to resign at any time.

Sr management is good & supportive. Salary on time & good package offered.

Dislikes

Middle management is very rude & Poor. Not to motivate junior as subordinates. More politics at this level , specially EPC projects.

In this Covid-19 pandemic situation, the company could not provide job security to any employee, deducted salary, all CL cancel and EL did not pay anything. and at the last the company has removed from job.

Dislikes

nothing job security, career growth nothing, according Covid-19 situation salary deduct/ no appraisal, maximum politics, poor work environment, no innovation, zero work life balance.

Corrupt and weak people are given priority for senior positions.

1. 12 hrs compulsory working hrs.(illegally) 2. over time is paid at less than 20% of inhand salary.(illegal) 3. no facilities like conveyance or lunch. engineers are meant to work 12 hrs every day and also arrange for their conveyance(no matter if there is rain or storm) and also prepare their lunch by themselves because food from hotels cost a lot and salaries are low. 4. Working with outdated technologies is the core principal of the organization.

As I was in execution, there is no work culture, poor work life balance, No proper management to look after the execution team and how work is going on, even some of us worked in peak COVID with cases in our families despite that we received paycuts for sundays even. In execution there are no skill development programs, although company as opened a learning platform but that's not for off roll employees what's more pathetic is the time of work but it's execution it is understandable that we have to work late but than working for 7 days somedays Day and Night you won't get leave of more than 4 days as you are off role and it doesn't matter how far is your home town.
