Salary was on time as I was working under a 3rd party company Alternative sat off Saturday ends at 4pm Entry timing and lunch timing was flexible

1.5 years no appraisal received from anyone's mouth Never treated as human always exploited Never received any increment Manager use to misbehave

Likes

Working in here I have learnt a lot of things, met a lot of people with different qualities and abilities. I have seen how a team can work with good spirit and how far it goes then. I have noticed a thing most prominently here and that is the office culture. People work here like being in a family. No excessive target, no extra pressure, but yes, people here follow the company SOP thoroughly. If you are a real professional and love performing your duties, then this is indeed a very good place to work in.

Dislikes

The management or the higher authority should be more connected to the lower level of workers. The salary margin should be raised on the basis of performance. Priority should be given to the performance, and the HO people should identify the "politicians" and should be aware of them ASAP or else the good work environment will be lost.

Likes

The management staff are good but they only believe those whom they want to believe.

Dislikes

The behavior to the senior staff are not good. They are not habituate to give respect to elder staff especially who served a long time with INDIAN ARMY and was most senior than them.
