Salary on time. Accomodation provided. Travel and food allowances. One week leave policy on completion of a project. They providing Training classes to educate and grow our skills. They provide proper salary and allowance in the idle time also.

Dislikes

Lack of coordination in team members. Lot of pressure in project handover time. You can't apply for leave during project time unless it is an emergency. You have to work through phone call even if you are in leave also. There is no specific timing for work. Minimum 12 hrs to maximum 14, 15 hrs you should be available on site. There is no O.T provided for extra working hours. Randomly and suddenly switching from one project to another.

Dislikes

1. Very long working hours 2. Very tight project schedules 3. No holidays even on Sundays - have to request management for taking Sunday leaves also 4. If you raise voice against the management you'll get fired even if you are right . 5. You have to do what they want even if it is completely wrong. If you tell them they are wrong, they will turn against you , target you and finally terminate you 6. If you are married it's better to skip the company or else you have to fight with your wife and convince her not to apply for the divorce 7. If you are slightly deviating from your task, you'll get shifted to some other site. Or if you tell your difficulties, they will tell you you are arguing and terminate you 8. Keeps on shuffling Engineers in the project. One day you'll in Chennai suddenly they wants you to go to Bangalore or Kochi immediately .. they won't care about your commitments in the place were you live 9. Selfish organisation 10. Only care about the clients and never care about the employees 11. Day and night work till 3am 4am still ask you to come to site on 8am next day 12. You'll never find their office since it is in a residential building and fish market is the landmark of their office since it is famous than their organisation

dislike to share means,first thing is correct your self and iam in 1.5 years my total experience in these field so I not have enough time too see a dislike. Iam focusing my career growth & these company gives alot experience so I don't have any silly questions.
