... worries about job termination(unless if you do anything against company terms). Salary will be getting it on time and every year you will be getting bonus and incentives. of course there are some politics always exists in all organization and in KEC only it happens in senior level, mid level management workers are always in safe zone. Work life can be balanced and flexible based on the project and division which you will be working for.... all over a good company to develop your career and skill i am not sure about that....

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.
