The company is very good, but their activity is very poor, Salary is on time, career growth is not their it's applicable only for them who are in touch with top management. Management are not good and they dont know exact about their job. Company HR system is very poor.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Dislikes

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.
