... of solving issues management makes tons of excel sheet data in the age of AI. 4)During increament basic of salary does not increase most of the time. 5)SAP implemented but not utilised. 6)They drag on Govt Projects years after years wasting national wealth. 7) In some cases engineers with fake degrees also recruited. 8) People engage their equipment and some people also do business in wife's name in the company.These are directly run from Gurgaon office.Unethical in standard companies.

Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. Management is very good and are active listener.they always take care of employees benefits.
