...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Timely salary at the last date of month best point at ever , we can learn much more , have large scale of projects , challenging responsibility , timely training provided by company.

Transfer and deputation for any projects for few days.

Salaries and Benifits are on time . 1st of Every month salary will be deposited.

Vendor payment huge delayed. Procurement process are very slow which leads to delayed the projects and Site people gets suffered for that. No vendor relationships and trust is there hence arranging vendor at site is very difficult. PM doesn't have any PO approval authority at site level . No loose cash or funds available at site level to manage the misc activity which leads to panic for Senior people at site. No learning and development for employees.
