...s secured, untill we didn't done malpractice. Not statisfied with career growth. Salary will be credited in intime. Other allowances were too late. Not so great about travel. More politics in projects. Only experienced will get in. Working environment is not good. Finally if you want to work in KEC international, you must don't have family..

Dislikes

No training will be given to employee's, they need only experienced candidates.

Kec is the one of company where salary is given Time to time within a month and appraisal is very critical for site office. Traveling not done for junior level and politics are huge between the project team and others.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.
