I have learned much more in KEC. Job sequirty is to good.

Quality department Middle level management is not playing role of him. No suuport of reporting manager. When i was asking for supporting then not recieved any support. Quality department is not working independentely, Quality RM working under project Leader and only showing goodi goodi image of project to Corporate Quality Team. Compensation & Benefits policy is very poor. Exit policy is very poor.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.

Appraisal process too much slower. Salary given to below manager level employee is too less compared with task provided. Performance bonus is just for namesake.

Timely salary, Guest house, house rent, Admission fees for children. Family insurance of 2.5laks(very less).

*No proper response from HR, HR will not give any kind of information if required says they are busy. *No holidays. *No Sundays. *Working more than 11hrs daily. *Worst Project managers leasons only they favorite Staff words. *Newly elected project manager have full of ego. *Working on Sundays.

In Same grade payscale having huge difference. Management is very weak about recruiting and organisational chart is very poor, keeping only managers are not going to help in the site progress, Supervisor and foremans are also required at Construction site. Setting always impossible target by the planning team, donot have any field experience, but having more power and package. Need to throw them out first if the company want project profit. Getting Humiliation by the team as well as from client for that impossible targets (doing back calculation only) setted by planning manager. No support from Higher management or coordinator after addressing the issues. Only buttering and false commitments is happening at this particular site. Otherwise all things are good in this company. For company I have only good views only. But for some peoples only company is losing its fame.
