Here lot of over pressure. Higher authority do not focus on hiring the candidates for doing the project , only focus get projects. T&D Engineering dept has no sufficient team members and KEC participate in each and every tender which creates pressure on engineers. Here do not follow the process. Most of the team members from engineering left the organization due to pressure, promotion. Only have 4- 5 engineer instead of 30. But KEC has lots of substation project. Here have CPMG team whose creates pressure unnecessary on engineering team but no body from engineering team can not give the counter answer due to internal issues.

The company is very good but management is like Dhritarashtr they fully depends on PM , even PM it not suitable for his post, my advice to the higher management to take backfeed from all projects employees anyone maybe biased but not everyone.

As per job contract my bonus amount was 115000 but after dedicated contributions of one year my bonus is given zero, where as I have completed the full projects design approved from railway authority, good boss is better than good company is fully true for me.

i like the work life balance in kec, the most. Here, i didn't feel much work pressure. Life is chill.

Dislikes

I came here through campus placement & they have kept retention bonus for us which was included in whole CTC, which is bad because they are giving increment on the basis of basic pay.

Teammates are very good, training facility is standard, company ethics is too good, salary is available on date, politics and criticizing people also here just like every where, I think it should be ignored.

They hire from good colleges and waste the human resource, they do not allow for skill development even during the training period they force you to work for their benefits.Forced to work on sundays.
