KEC is limited company but company Rules regulations and culture is very bad just like Lala Company Culture, salary Increments is very poor, there is not any scope for Skill Development. No Job security.

You should always be in Good Books of your BOSS Having both is JACKPOT... CHALLENGES :- Some "BOSS KA CHAMCHA" kind of people think that they have more powers than CHAIRMAN Of Company. They are surviving without knowledge, doing nothing entire day, sitting ideally, busy in gossips & making plans to create Hurdles for Teammates, always intended to get constant growth. These rubbish people survive on due to above mentioned qualities. And Company Pay Them Healthy Perks Neglecting Their Deeds. APPRAISAL SYSTEM :- You Can Crack Duckworth & Lewis Formula but can Never Crack APPRAISAL Formula Designed For Employee. No Basis, No Wattage On Work Contribution Basis... ...ation. Also senior's are very helpful and down to earth. Staffs are without ego. Salary in time. Growth is very poor. Work life balance good.

In Same grade payscale having huge difference. Management is very weak about recruiting and organisational chart is very poor, keeping only managers are not going to help in the site progress, Supervisor and foremans are also required at Construction site. Setting always impossible target by the planning team, donot have any field experience, but having more power and package. Need to throw them out first if the company want project profit. Getting Humiliation by the team as well as from client for that impossible targets (doing back calculation only) setted by planning manager. No support from Higher management or coordinator after addressing the issues. Only buttering and false commitments is happening at this particular site. Otherwise all things are good in this company. For company I have only good views only. But for some peoples only company is losing its fame.
