Dislikes

Everything worst culture they need Productivity from next day if you don't they do quite firing. Also capture your screen. If there is a option of minus rating I will surely give them that.

Whenever you face any problem, the manager always supports you.

Dislikes

There is no planning. They do what they want never listen to any of the employee. This company has fired lot of employees due to their wrong decision. Working on obsolete technologies.

There is nothing to like about this company. If i get the option for minus rating i'll do that.

Dislikes

They don't appreciate your work and its full of politics, In the start you'll not get informed about the terms and conditions and after accepting the offer letter you'll get to know about deductions from your salary. Also, this is the worst environment one can work. They capture your screen while the working hours which is unethical. If you are not getting any option to work stay at home but don't work there. otherwise you'll regret your decision.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
