Company culture is really bad. It’s like only the crying baby gets the milk. Don’t even think about the work-life balance (depends on the branch you work for). Career growth is also really slow. Even though Sunday is officially off, you will mostly need to work on those days.

The Company is related with FMCG company . Here I handle all types compliances related to day to day business. Another plus point is that all my other colleagues is more support regarding the work related activity.

We were cheated from the management of thid company. They told us your training period is 1yrs and become yoy get an appraisal for a permanent employee. But noe we completed 1yr of training and we requested to permit us permanent employees. But the manager said that, I'm sorry to permit u to an employee. Because few months before the management decided to no one to permit as an employee. But they didn't report that early

Top management don't have technical knowledge on process, they will expect zero complaints , 100% efficiency with quality after working hours conducting the meeting .

Terrible experience... There is no job training and no support from the collegues. The management is worst and not taken care of the employees. Career growth opportunity is zero. Management policy is worst and they promot only Muslims.
