Management and policies are excellent more than another company. Job security, work culture are average. Staff ,engineer ,worker both are good communication.

Training provisions nil, Career growth poor, Salary / Appraisal no progress except if you can influence your higher official. Work environment is poor as management is not good. Work-life balance is struggling as benefits are not paid as per caliber & not given on time. Overall this company is adjustable for new comers just for 1-year. If you seek more don't waste your valuable time.

Dislikes

Management & work culture. Egyptian management with lot of family people in key position. Appraisal provisions are formality only.
