For growth with regards to Promotion and salary you need to compromise with uninvited flavor. It's not a workplace for females. You need to be extra bold to survive there with your respect. Even the complaints are unheard.

Nothing to like they do not pay salaries on time around 45 days time lag in each month salary. They do not pay full and final to employees. I have to go to the labour court for recovery of my full and final

Dislikes

They forced to all employees to sit late for 2 Hours daily. No gratuity is given you leave after 5 five years. Worst leave policy. If you take leave on Saturday your Sunday will be marked as absent

Site team is cooperative. One should ask only for his work.

I didn't get my salary for 2 months since 2021. That was a very tough time for me. But, nobody understood my situation & hold my salary. I've requested many times, but still didn't paid.

Work to be done by you anything.which you able to do.For your responsibility as a post do the work must.but you also do the work beyond your responsibility.

Security of job and salary of job not fixed. It's depend on your ability to done as per situation happened in organisation present time.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
