This is a unique bank, first bank to adopt microfinance as core business and sustained successfully. Now it is like any commercial bank with many product and services to offer in a limited area of operation. The culture and organisation is very energetic with most of the young staff driving the business. It is like exploring and implementing innovative banking services for the underserved folks. The tagline of bank is to "Reaching the Unreached" explains what this bank means.

The organisation or an institute have the good traits and bad traits, i mean limitations which is beyond the control of the organisation purpose like external factors, environments not in the controls are the only dislikes rather no dislikes.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
