As a former employee, I would like to spill the beans on them. They scam candidates by asking them for personal details before the interview, and by promising them opportunities to work overseas. Candidate information like the passport copy etc is then sold on the deepweb sites and then is used to create fake identity for overseas bank accounts etc.

Likes

A warm environment with a great team spirit however, no employment guarantee is included in the contract should you be let go at any point without warning.

They can leave you at any time without providing any details.

1.Management is very supportive, there is lot of transparency and direct access to the upper management if you are willing to discuss anything . 2.Team is co operative, no politics at all. there is a motivation to work for the company as well as for your self. 3.Lot of learning scope as this organization is expanding fast. 4. Career and personal growth opportunities are encouraged. Over all a great company to work for.

Likes

The company has been very accommodative in adopting new technologies/ new trends. Having it's presence in five different regions in Asia and GCC, further having a road map in expanding to other regions including western and European countries. Employee re-hiring policy is one among other perceptible actions. Brining up new leaders in the market, empowering every employee's capabilities and at same time not missing on fun activities / get together events makes me to drive extra long and makes me feel splendid.

Likes

The management encourages and motivates employees to give their best. Performers are recognized and rewarded, which is what every employee aspires for! Its a growing company and hence career and growth opportunities are manifold for those willing to work hard.

Dislikes

For me, it is only the distance that I need to travel for work. Hoping to shift closer soon!
