...rtive and the management is transparnt Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adderess our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new joinees

... HR personnel are Regional biased and hate feeling towards particular community.People with ordinary or no degrees are paid a hefty salary for nothing.Site incharges have secret pact with material and equipment hiring vendors besides commission on routine basis from site contractors. People working at rank and file level lead a terrible life if he doesn't have ties with higher level.In terms of promotion and increment the same biased feeling can be seen.Its mother concern PETRON has even the greater thugs who were welcomed in instead of kicking them out.

Dislikes

The Kazstroy Service after takeover tried their best to stop money drain by implementing SAP and centralised purchasing of major items. Site incharges sited various problems faced at local level and demanded more autonomy.This is how the company got ruined

It was good exposure to me in my area of work, I was secure, Salary was never delayed, work environment was good, life was balance. Over all it was a good company. Being a EPC company work pressure is always high.

No job security and no one is ready to help you and guide you while you start your new job.Worst experience as a fresher who got his 1st posting in this company. Unnecessary politics Mar's the work environment.
