...anization-even for a cool headed guy. Heavy workload and poor work-life balance. Salary is also not up to mark. Yearly appraisal not done properly. Exposure to the latest tools / software is very minimal. Few toxic employees in the company make the organization a living hell for other employees; but the management seems to take a blind eye to towards this.

He joined this company for starting salary at 12,000 after 4 months of his working period he getting more than 20,000. it's all his wife influences. Most of the Good working Engineering students are suffering here in this company and one of the person i Am too

Work culture needs to be improved, annual salary appraisal should be there along with discussion with employee for the same giving individual feedback, work-life balance can be improved.
