Office Politics- The company culture is rife with office politics, with Senior Management including HR Manager and Operations Head engaging in tactics to undermine employee’s morale and foster a tense work environment. 6. Financial Non Compliance- Company fails to fulfil financial obligations to former employees by bot providing Full & Final Settlements, including unpaid salaries and essential certificates upon departure.
