In the clinic managers problem & some time managers force to work for long time for example your morning shift but client came suddenly then u should do the service orelse there will complaint about you negativity to the area managers or the highers that's it
About Kaya I want to say that I have learned so many things from Kaya..like self confidence,speak in front of everyone with confidence,i improved to do my work style properly like I m very organized to work on time,also incentives plan are very good..
Salary is good BT work pressure is so high..and career growth is slow..

Salary or appraisal is again okay kinds
Travel policies is not that good
Learning is excellent
Work environment can be improved more
Innovation is in progress
Work life balance is good
Growth is really very slow
I last two years i did not see any growth happening
No appreciation in team work when did good efforts
Polictics are really played very bad when you are getting good clients and hours
Roaster is never made in my clinic
Managers do not value an individuals unique strenghts
Due to which i dont feel giving suggestions
At my clinic infact hardly sop is followed due to which i m loosing my interest to work with them anymore
Very bad management like HR department. They dont try to know how employees are suffering. I almost lost my complete family life. They treat employees like robos.
Actually company is fantastic but people in management are worst. Lot of attrition but no body wants to know the reason behind it

I respect Kaya as a no 1 brand but the work culture is created by the employee in Lucknow clinic is little disturbed...
