only timings are a pro here since there is no work associates are able to leave on time

Dislikes

Partner himself is not a lawyer and uses Chatgpt to prepare the legal drafts. Partners possess zero legal knowledge and are entirely dependant on the associates. Rude and ignorant behavior of partner. Banking & Finance heading partner only concerned with internal issues in collusion with managing partner and only concerned with expelling employees. No interest in running the matters and wrong advices given to clients without any legal backing. No work culture or no professionalism.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
