Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are average, appraisals are fair and they give poor salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low but career growth is decent.

Worst company in entire cuddalore sipcot block. Tharan is not suitable for HR position but still management keep him as HR. He doesn't even speak like HR. Totally worthless company and be aware of this company.

Safety advice and following strictly, every day New comers training will be given, temperature every in and out person, daily from morning to evening properly check after leaving all persons
