managers have no knowledge, Engineers not used like a Engineer, no job roles & responsibilities, No growth in the company, Annual increment is very poor, management always talking about standard when they required & that standard change when they don't need, company only looking for a profit

Company policies are not clear they modify whenever they want, management doesn't address our issues, specially managers are poor, there is no proper job responsibilities for each role
