Kavki is a good company for freshers for develop their skills. Appraisal and promotion are very poor. One can learn and develop skills very easily there. Company culture is not that good like any IT company. But yes for skills development its a good company if you want experience in IT company and you want to work in real time projects, you should join kavki. If you are caring about skills and experience more than the money then you can join kavki.

PF facility - first that cut the amount for pf but they did not gave pf amount. Appraisal cycle - very bad their Wfh/office - For some people they are providing wfh but for others employees they are not providing.

Fraud company doesn't pay pf even if they deduct from salary. You will be asked to do everything under the sun without salary on time Very very rude behavior from top management. They will treat you like a slave.
