Nothing to like ...... leaves just 7, salary too less that too depends directors mood to give or not. No legal laws followed in the company....external pressure is well handled by giving money to govt officers and politicians..... Total mokery of labour laws.... special treatment to young beautiful girls allowing them to be model in the name of sample testing and one of the best one was one girl who was sindhi to her caliber she was less than a Zero for just because she was girlfriend of one of the head who looks after tanning she was taken to paris or some place .... no human mercy...... while loading a container a person was sealed inside it and later on was found at Navasheva port.... CBI, IB & customs have raided this company... that time all the CCTV and other things were manipulates...... Even when u r on leave the OLD Frustrated Man will harass u..... i had the courage to give it on their face..... the best thing is they know how to extort money from the owners of the property by damaging the things themselves......

there is nothing to like..... people, place their products everything is totally unethical and illegal.... Govt should raid it properly....

For any fresher who want to gain knowledge in footwear industry its the best company in Mumbai.Work environment is also good here.The director is very supportive to the young employee.

Career growth seems to be stopped after a certain period of time i.e two years, Also you will not get any time for yourself.Work life balance needs to be addressed by the policy modification and giving more leaves.

Work pressure is little high which is why I faced timing issues but then this is what motivates us to climb up... However, a company to must work with...
