I like the fact that people aren't breathing down my neck every single second for an update. The MD trusts me to do what needs to be done properly

Dislikes

I dislike the working hours - 10 hours a day, Monday to Saturday. Very less number of public holidays, although that's expected from them being a multi brand Retail store. I haven't faced any work politics. I am free to utilise my time in learning new skills.
