No job security, manegement not supported to employee, salary deduction in small things,ex-target not done than salary deduction,if you not done a follow up than salary deduction, your not fault but if customer complain than salary deduction

...orking in organization due to the market and write now this situation (covid19). And also they promise me,to give april salary., but still not given and no response, not pick call even company's C E O from day one not given answer and cheat me. Talking about job security is nothing.Do not take any dicison to join in organization.when I was worked in January to March they do not give me a team members I was worked with only 2 Relationship Manager. So ....overall worst company.,and no policies to do good work.

Not given team member , no job security..and lot of political in the managment doesn't address our issues. Do not give our mail answer...

Its job security, and canteen. Go for this company if you're a beginner.(they dont need experiend and very skill people which is their need at less cost)

...e skilled then this is waste of your talent. If your're beginner only then join. Salary is also below avg. They do extreme cost cutting on their man power eg like deduction of 15% of salary if your're late by 1 min of 10: 15 which gives stress daily to reach on time even if you re disciplined. Very conservative mind people here. Uniform is compulsary even on saturdays. More men oriented industry. HR team also very unorganised on juinor level, They won't explain any formalities regarding policies and company rules and all.

Company is paying good salary compared to other dealership. Also incentives schemes are good.

Company demanding almost 1.5 times your salary also want you to work other's jobs to multiple times a month. Incentives schemes parameters are pretty high to achieve.

Management on ground level needs to improve, heavy work load sometimes and you if you are getting job for advisor than you have to do every job yourself including washing of vehicle lol
