...e skilled then this is waste of your talent. If your're beginner only then join. Salary is also below avg. They do extreme cost cutting on their man power eg like deduction of 15% of salary if your're late by 1 min of 10: 15 which gives stress daily to reach on time even if you re disciplined. Very conservative mind people here. Uniform is compulsary even on saturdays. More men oriented industry. HR team also very unorganised on juinor level, They won't explain any formalities regarding policies and company rules and all.

Am working in kataria last 2 year next my knowledge. Katari provide on time salary.

1. Hr head very rude and they can Blackmail every possible way 2.salary deduction on late coming like office time 10 and u are coming 10.10 they will deduct 10% and 10.15 at 15% and 11.15 they will deduct 50% of per day salary. For your knowledge they will not return you this amount and it's same when you go early in evening. 3. If you r gain incentive HOD not give you. 4. Nor HOD nad CEO even hear your voice. 5. in your emergency situation they will not help you at all. They will say it's your personal problem. 6. If you wish to leave kataria and you serve notice still they will hold your salary at 100% black mail near pay your salary and incentives. 7. HOD Total working as personal home, WORK culture and corporate culture zero. I face so much problem. Even my one of. Friend got heartattack bez his hod to much torcher and blackmailing As a HR I request you never ever join kataria

No job security, manegement not supported to employee, salary deduction in small things,ex-target not done than salary deduction,if you not done a follow up than salary deduction, your not fault but if customer complain than salary deduction

...nt is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair, but they are not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent but career growth is slow.

SUNDAY sometime working. Overtime salary not given. You need to take any circular on a mail otherwise management deny to give any accommodation. Growth until you asked otherwise stay wherever you are. No Bonus No Sunday Comp Off. No recognition or achievement if you do something good for company.
