Nothing, I will not recommend anyone to join as salary date is not fixed, Also no HR department, current HR Rakhi joined as a receptionist and know she is a senior executive HR. No learning from the organisation

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. I do receive appreciation from my client but this was unnoticed by my seniors, which was a pain sometimes.

Only staff is good and good healthy working relationships and working hours at head office are follow properly.

Dislikes

Personal relationships with female staff by higher authorities and job security, no timely increments and growth. growth is only for those who are in favour with higher mgt.
