Good amount of workload for newly passed radiologist. U will get lot to learn in that sense.

It's a delhi govt mcd hospital, in very poor condition with old and non mentained building , delay in salary and heavy work load. Salary as per govt of Delhi.

I am just data entry operator there an nathing any else , In KASTURBA hospital My value is only DEO . But my supervisor Dr Manish , Dr Nirzhar and staff are very nice . They all are good person with nice heart'. They are understand our situation and feeling . I am working there through CSC E GOVERNANCE SERVICE. that's why when I lose my job I don't know.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Co-workers are nice... But other higher authority like ANS, NS... are not cooperative... If anything happens where there is no fault from nurses side... the whole hospital blames only nursing staffs...

I'm just working as an intern and it's ok so far. It would have been nice if they would have hired me, but there's no hope of employment as such. Work is good here.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
