Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Very bad process and not profile MD are good and Md is only for manage but MD assistant suginiya is all for the company.she is all means she take care of all the departments IT,Admin,Hr, Accounts,Manager all the role she is main role what she need she will do that.MD is the doll in her hand Any body can tell that in AWS server side any one can take commission. HR are waste only Sombu for that lady suginiya Very bad company need some more professional and talented person.
