Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Kaskal facade is nothing do in pandemic time, even did not pay any staff salary. They don't give salary last 4-5 month salary. We request all who want to join, please don't think about this company and if you want to verify please try to contact all old staff who had worked with Kaskal facade .all have to stop comming office due to last 4-5 month salary pending. Thanks
