Writing all this with just intention of awaring young motivated teachers who might get lured because of location , facilities and architecture and may end up resigning or absconding without even completing few months. Or may get trap their as doing so will affect their CV 1. Excellent location and 360° mountain views (but after some, this view might feel like a golden cage) 2. Every month new people coming and some other people leaving (resigning and/or absconding) , so you will not be missing on intersting gossips throughout the year (provided you are not the one to leave 😉) 3. Great villa residence and food facility (on the basis of these esteemed favours, you will be asked to serve them 24×7 , because if u disagree you will be made to realize your "aukaat" literally by words and action) 4. "You have to serve students like waiters as they do in Mc donald's, just keep them happy as their fees is running this place" , these kind of lines will be used to develop your multi sectoral skills and management skills. Mind it you can never get such learning anywhere else.

1) Do not submit any of your original documents at any cost to the school. 2) Leaving the school will not be an easy task. Hundreds of terms and conditions along with hefty fines for leaving mid-sessions and with holding experience certificate and original documents. 3) Working on Saturday/Sunday. 4) No work-life balance. You will never be able to have family time while working here. 5) Stressful, biased and political atmosphere. 6) Mandatory to speak in English, but students wont understand English. 7) Strictly formal wear (tie and blazer are compulsory, feels like typical colonial slavery mindset). 8) Do not fall for the beautiful campus (life inside is miserable). 9) New teachers will be given classes which are lagging behind and have below average students. 10) Teachers will not be consulted before getting the classes. 11) Section heads and HODs will play politics to get CAMBRIDGE sections (minimum workload, less number of students), while new teachers will be given CBSE classes (more students, below average, lagging classes, more workload). 12) Your qualifications do not matter here. You need to play active politics. 13) At the same payscale you can get much better schools, with appropriate workload and healthy atmosphere. 14) Mess food will be completely unhealthy (Start your day with junk bread (maida) and follow the same unhealthy food through out the day).

...Make useless lesson planners everyday and get them approved from useless people. 9) Salary is below market standards. 10) You are not allowed to take holidays on Saturdays/Mondays. 11) No one is allowed to fall sick/die/meet an accident (including your family members) on Saturdays/Mondays. In any such case do not take leave. 12) Evening preps will make your life hell. 13) In short, you can get far better options at the same pay scale with a healthy atmosphere.

1) All the 5 star reviews that you see here are given by internal bootlickers of the management. 2) Infact these 5 star reviews and the positions mentioned are far from reality and completely fake just to raise the ratings of the school. 3) This is a terrible school, with a pathetic management, ineffective DHOS and HR. 4) Teachers are forced to leave the school becos of the political and biased atmosphere here. 5) So do not submit your original documents here, bcos you may be treated very harshly and you may feel like quitting at any moment. 6) At the time of joining, you will be told by HR that this is one of the best school which promotes work-life baalance, but this is all fake. 7) At the time of joining, they will ask you to submit original documents and once you do this, you will be trapped. You will not be able to leave the school. They will impose monetary fine and also bring in their own policies to trap you. 8) Around December they will ask you to sign a form confirming that you will not leave during the next session. Any sane person cannot make such a promise and these are just traps. Do not sign any such form. 9) No proper raise/hikes/promotions are in place. You will have to be a boot licker for that. 10) Before joining they will call you to visit the campus (final interview) during the vacations. The empty campus indeed looks beautiful, but do not fall for such cheap hacks. 11) Try to be in the campus for 3 - 4 days when the session is running. Taste the terrible and unhealthy food of the mess during the session. See the pathetic state of the school when session is running. Then you will not join this school.

...ment. If you try to function well and independently, your path will be hindered. 8) The pay scale is much lower than the donkey business you will do here. 9) There will be preps in the evening. You will have no work-life balance. 10) Even Sundays will be made working and disrupt your family life completely. 11) There will be plenty of other options far better than KASIGA.

1.Location(only appealing thing apart from furnished houses) 2.Food (however eating is a duty) 3.Housing (this is the best part). Sadly the dislikes are so many that these three perks become non existant. To me and my close peers, It felt sad to see a school with such brilliant location and services, but experience of a hell with worst management without any concrete educational philosophy. They just focus on minting money. The owners are industrialists with zero idea of how to run a civil educational space. It has deteriorated specifically in last 2-3 years so bad that within my short stay of 5 and a half months, 5-6 old staffs were made to leave the school (some of them were 13-14 years old!!!), and the new joinees ran away after 1-2 months. One of the new joinees was humiliated and ultimately he left the campus and never returned. When he went to meet principal before resignation, rather than solving his issue the principal preached hime like a yogi baba and asked to perform a 180 degree split on daily basis to calm himself down!! These cases are common. Human rights and privacy are non existant in the school.

... converted into a resort (shows its more of business than educational space). 5. Random salary cuts- the school just needs random reasons to slash your salary. Any mistake on student's part is also taken as teacher's failure thereby deducting the salary. 6. No personal life once you become a housemaster/assistant housemaster apart from teaching- Worst part, they recruit new comers as housemasters without any experience or training of inhouse parenting. They do this to save cost although charge more than 10 lakhs from their students per annum. As a housemaster or assistant housemaster, you deal with mentally traumatic kids separated from their families. If anything happens to them, it all falls on the new comer who was there on duty as housemaster. Some students also attempt taking to suicidal tendencies. All of this falls upon the new joinees who have no idea about parenting. 7. Principal- A self admirer, extremely boastful, fake and feku, thinks and acts like a military dictator, dresses like a military man (perhaps he is anguished at his own failures as an aspirational military man), always preaches (never listens, even on listening never accepts more rational argument than his own), epitome of narcissism, claims to know everything and starts teaching any random subject without knowledge, obsessive about violence and beating students (he boasts in meetings about how he used to beat students in his previous job). 8. Treatment towards old staff is pathetic. Principal keeps poking and questioning the old staff of school on their abilities and performances. The school creates unbearable situations for old staff just to make them resign and hire 2-3 new staffs to save the school's cost. This has been a regular practice since the new principal has joined. Boot lickers without prior experience of the field keeps getting promotions. (Example- The special educator is made the junior and middle school principal. She does not teach. She has only one business- poking others, intervening in subject specializations of other teachers and shooting mails to show authority). There are dozens of kids with learning disability who are neither diagnosed nor taught by her. She simply arranges for extra classes in respective subjects for the specially abled kids without herself getting involved with them. Another example- faculties with no prior CAIE experience have been promoted to the highest posts in the CAIE department. Another example- A junior school maths teacher has been made activity head despite having so many more qualified teachers in the field of art. the school had a very senior teacher and well respected teacher of art. He resigned and left the school out of frustration within a few months.) 9. The school used to be heaven. It has turned into a military state since the new principal joined. 10. Highest attrition rate i have ever seen- most people leave the school within first few months. The ones who are working are basically of four types- first the bootlickers. second, the ones who were or are not expected to be selected anywhere else. Third, the good teachers who have their residence around, so they have no reason to leave the school, otherwise they would have left long ago (dont believe me! try interacting at personal levels with the old staff). Last ones are those whose kids are admitted in school with all the perks and benefits without paying the academic fees (which is an understandable reason). 11. Paper work- If paper was human, it would have filed a case against the principal and management. He needs everything on paper. If you study the papers used in school as some archival material in future, it would seem as a heaven. Truth is exactly polar! 12. Salary fixation- 7th CPC is not offered! Increments are minimal. A usual teacher in some other school following 7th cpc gets more DA increase per year than Kasiga's salary increment. They inflate the CTC and cut random money in the name of Imprest charges, loyalty fees etc. Loyalty fees- this is a special case of kasiga. They deduct 1000 rupees from salary in the name of loyalty fees! Joke is- even then i haven't seen teachers being loyal to school. They dont realize- Loyalty does not come by deducting money illegally. But by creating a good work culture! Points are many. I can't spend more than this time to type about falsities of a school. There is so much that is still uncovered in this review. I had been thinking of writing review of kasiga since long. I have tried to be as objective as possible. May this help the new teachers not be trapped by the lucrative ambience that kasiga provides!
