About my company no more facility for example ( convanse,food etc) . the work preassure is very high sometimes but company growth is slow .I Have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day .I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I have to attend client call in the evening and late into the night ..

Likes

It's a green field ICD cum PFT.lot one can learn,a good training center.logistics , supply chain management as well dealing and liason with railways,customs and related departments like DGsystems results in excellent learnings.its dealing with EXIM as well as Domestic cargo and container movement.

Dislikes

It's a JV and parteners have their own priorities and vested interests.they never want that kiftpl become an entity of its own and work independently with transparency while h is very much a requirement for it's future growth.
