The Company is a Farce....They will cheat you of your dues by first delaying and finally making some excuse to Not pay you ...be careful of Mr Sameer Kekre .Mails to the owner will Mr Prakash Sharma will elicit No Response.... Technically the company is average...They demand payment from Contractors of Government Contract....to compromise Quality of Government Projects and then appropriate the blame to the site engineer...I can prove it

Company is for freshers to mid senior level players.... one can definitely start his or her carrier... company allows you to learn and grow in your professional life.

Dislikes

Most of the managers are great leaders but due to some the company and the juniors has to suffer.... and even knowing such things the management doesnt take any action against useless managers.

The company has it's main office in UK. Other in Pune, India. Company is design consultancy provides services like design in Indian as well as in UK and PMC in India. The company has it's specialization in Ro-Ro services and other infra projects in india.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
